The Little Calm Company

The Little Calm Company is an award winning business which offers corporate and employee wellbeing, including seated and desk massage across the UK. Helen - MD of The Little Calm Company joined the Royal Navy at the tender age of 17 and afterwards worked for Hampshire Constabulary as a Police Community Support Officer. Working in a stressful environment, Helen became conscious of how stress affected her colleagues.

Realising there was a lack of well-being in the workplace, Helen became the unofficial office masseuse. After seeing how her massages improved morale and stress levels, Helen decided to become qualified in massage. In 2017, The Little Calm Company was founded and Helen went on to personally visit 60 companies and organisations within 16 months.
