Our business has been built on protecting yours and being responsive. However, during COVID our client communications are up twelve times and as a business, we need to adapt if we are to maintain that reputation.

What does this mean going forward?

Simple really – a few structural changes to ensure we can continue to support you, our clients.

  • Anything business-critical will be acted on as quickly as possible.
  • From now on all amends to websites will be done on a Wednesday. You will be asked to wait a few days for those changes to be made.
  • Our teams will not be taking meetings on a Wednesday moving forward – allowing them time to complete work for you.
