Waterlooville Community Events CIC is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bringing the people of Waterlooville together through family-friendly events.

Their challenge was creating a central digital hub that could effectively promote their large-scale annual occasions—such as the Summer Fete, Picnic in the Park, and the Christmas Lights Switch-On—while simultaneously acting as a recruitment and sponsorship portal. The website needed to capture the vibrant community spirit of the town and provide a professional platform for stallholders, sponsors, and volunteers to engage with the CIC.
