It Takes a City is a vital charity dedicated to ending rough sleeping and the cycle of homelessness in Cambridge. Their primary challenge was creating a website that clearly communicated their unique, trauma-informed approach and their specific services, such as the Crossways winter project and The Haven (their women-only space).
As an organisation reliant on community support, the platform needed to effectively recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and transparently share its success stories and local advocacy work to build trust and drive action within the city.
