Our work with Solent Diabetes
The Solent Diabetes Association (SDA) is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by diabetes across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. Founded in 2007, the charity operates through its two community-focused shops in Fareham and Gosport, staffed by a mix of part-time employees and volunteers. The SDA’s mission includes providing relief and welfare for those living with diabetes and its complications, promoting research into its prevention and treatment, and increasing public awareness of the condition.
Delivered Social partnered with the Solent Diabetes Association (SDA) to create a website that reflects their incredible work supporting individuals and families affected by diabetes across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. The goal was to design a user-friendly platform that showcases the charity’s mission, promotes their shops in Fareham and Gosport, and highlights their collaboration with key healthcare teams like the Paediatric Diabetes Team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. Solent Diabetes opted for a new website via Delivered Social’s Free Websites for Charities initiative
