Who are ICXI 2024?
ICXI provide standards, frameworks and navigators to help companies adhere to various good employee happiness and customer experience practices. The Institute was founded in the United Kingdom with the goal of setting global standards for Customer Experience Service Excellence in a diverse and constantly changing environment, through using “standards” as a means of providing the foundations for management systems to support the delivery of consistent and predictable customer experiences.
How we helped ICXI 2024
ICXI recently launched their entire Framework range of products and needed a website re-design to show off these new items. The website includes an online e-commerce shop with items ready to be purchased and automatically sent out to customers. They have integrated the scorecard system heavily into their business upon our recommendation and a short free assessment is available to take in regards to the Employee Happiness and Wellbeing framework and standard on the website.
