Delivered Social Green’s New Project With LinkAble

We’re really pleased to be able to announce our newest Delivered Social Green partnership, with a local charity named LinkAble! They were formed in 1989, and are based just down the road from us, in Woking. Their number one aim is to support children and adults with learning disabilities. They offer people activities and experiences that they struggle to access in the wider community, supporting them to learn new skills, form lasting friendships and lead fulfilling, independent lives.

The charity provides weekly groups for children, young people and adults, a bi-monthly night club and regular holiday schemes which provide fun and engaging time for people with learning disabilities, and vital respite for exhausted parents and carers.  For many, this charity is a lifeline. At Delivered Social, we’re really proud to be able to support them in their mission, by providing the digital marketing tools they need to get their charity out there and maintain a great online presence.

What are we doing with LinkAble?

We’re pleased to be able to support them with a brand new website, alongside social media support! Having an updated website is really important for a number of reasons. Firstly, it gives people a professional-looking, functioning landing page to access the charity and see the sorts of services that they provide. Secondly, a new website should help boost the charity’s online visibility, which is really important for gaining more support, and reaching those who need their services the most.

Furthermore, having a good presence on social media is important for local charities like LinkAble. It, like a website, makes them more visible online to people in the local area, so that they can reach people that need them and also gather more support. Social media is also a great place to talk about what they’re up to, which is an important source of connection between the charity and the local community. Overall, we’re really excited to have the opportunity to work with them, and we’re really looking forward to what our partnership will bring!
