TC Facilities Management approached Delivered Social with a very specific need: to drive recruitment across the UK using Google PPC and paid social ads.

With multiple new contracts deploying and launching weekly, TCFM constantly sought new talent to join their in-store teams at a cost that worked for them.

  • Built recruitment portal on TCFM website

  • Drove cost effected area based PPC campaigns

  • Worked with specific ‘trouble’ areas on bespoke ideas to drive engagement

  • Launched ethical adverts using paid social

We worked with TC Facilities Management to create campaigns that increased their brand awareness, choice employer status and effective area-based recruitment campaigns all over the UK. Implementing a bespoke recruitment portal saw a significant uptake in brand applications helping to reduce costs on other platforms.
