They’re a great non-profit social enterprise who offer chair yoga, alongside other forms of accessible yoga, to care homes, dementia centres, and others! They really believe in the impact yoga can have on improving quality of life. And, they are dedicated to bringing it to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or limiting physical or mental condition. Chair yoga is a safe form of exercise for almost everyone! So, Accessible Chair Yoga help by training teachers in this specialist yoga. Alongside this, they sponsor research into its effectiveness in the care home sector. Their mission is to help thousands of people each year live better lives through yoga, a unique combination of purposeful movement, drug-free stress management, and mindfulness. So, they’re a really great cause and we couldn’t be more pleased to help them achieve their mission!

What are we doing with Accessible Chair Yoga?

Firstly, we’re helping this amazing non-profit with a brand new website, fresh social media content, and a YouTube channel! We hope that this package will allow them to have a better online presence. As a result, it will be easier for those who need them or want to support them to find the site. Having great social content to go along with this will complete the package and make everything look great! Having a new YouTube channel will also help Accessible Chair Yoga get their message out there more. They already have a few videos, so having a great branded platform to share them on is the best next step!
