Day 6 of our 30-day challenge was dedicated to sketching out the content for Delivered Social’s new project, Blueprint. But what is Blueprint?

Let’s start by taking King’s quotation and applying it to the world of Delivered Social. In our scenario, our Head Honcho Jon is the architect, the blueprint is the app’s content and the building under construction is a business.

The initial idea for Blueprint was established in our very first 90-minute session. We would create a 30-day programme which would help business owners to focus on the development of their business, in a similar way to what we’re currently doing here at Delivered Social. It will be a pattern, a guide, a model for all those wishing to successfully build their business.

We knew what we wanted to achieve, but now we had to expand upon the idea and transform it into a bona fide digital tool. Armed with our trusty stack of sticky notes (a 90-minutes must-have), we began to make decisions about the programme’s content. We decided that categories would be key, and we opted for the following:

  • Assets
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Customer Focus

We then devised 30 different goals and created a variety of associated tasks. Jon will be holding you accountable to complete the tasks we set. You have been warned…
