Celebrating TEN years of Delivered Social.

Ten years. That doesn’t feel real to write.

When I look back, it’s been a decade of social clinics, supporting local communities, navigating a global pandemic, opening another office, expanding into Dubai and building a team of people I’m genuinely proud to work alongside. It’s been challenging, rewarding, exhausting at times, and absolutely worth it. There are so many stories that could be told, and probably just as many lessons learned the hard way.

What I’m most proud of, though, is the people.

I’m proud of our team, past and present. People who came into the business with drive and curiosity and went on to do incredible things. From a restaurant manager who now helps run the entire business, to a former head of social who went on to manage celebrities around the world. Every single person has left their mark. Delivered Social wouldn’t be what it is without them, not just as a business, but as an employer that genuinely cares. We didn’t always get it right, but we always did our best.

I’m also proud of the businesses that trusted us early on. Some of the companies that attended our very first social clinics are still clients today. They took a chance on something new, and in doing so helped shape what Delivered Social would become. None of us could have predicted that those early sessions would grow into more than 5,000 clinics delivered, but here we are. I’ll never forget Abbie’s first social clinic she ran: set up for a room of 4 people, and just over 18 arrived.

When COVID hit, Delivered Social evolved. The commitment shown by our team during that period is something I’ll always be proud of. Every client mattered, and everyone pulled together to make sure no one was left behind – and that was before a very naive Managing Director decided to open Guildford Kitchen.

But above everything else, the thing I’m most proud of is Delivered Social Green.

What started as a small idea has grown into something I care deeply about. Through Delivered Social Green, we’ve supported over 700 charities with free websites, marketing support, and guidance. Organisations doing vital work, often with limited resources, now have tools that help them be seen, heard, and supported. That’s real impact. That’s something I’ll always stand behind.

After ten years, we’re still learning. Still growing. Still trying to do better for our clients, our team, and the wider community. I hope that mindset never changes.

There are so many other moments that mattered.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Make it so…(oh come on, I had to get a Star Trek reference in there somewhere).
