Founded by Ben Proctor in 2016, the team fits new boilers, services and repairs heating systems, replaces radiators and installs air and ground source heat pumps, all backed by a 5.0 rating from 42 Google reviews.

The Challenge.

Turning a cold house into a booked visit.

When the heating fails, people want a local engineer they can trust, and fast. Hayes needed a website that shows off its reviews and accreditations straight away, explains every service in plain English and makes calling or booking a visit as easy as possible, whether someone is sat at a desk or stood next to a cold radiator.

Proving Trust Early: Gas Safe, Which? Trusted Trader, Worcester Bosch and CIPHE accreditations needed to be seen from the very first screen.
Showing Off the Reviews: A 5.0 Google rating from 42 reviews needed to sit front and centre, backed up by real customer quotes.
Covering the Whole Area: Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport and Chichester all needed to be clearly marked as served.
Explaining Lower Carbon Heating: Air and ground source heat pumps needed explaining simply, alongside boilers and gas safety work.

The new homepage leads with a clear promise, Heating you can rely on, alongside a photo of Ben, the Google rating and the team’s trade accreditations. Real customer reviews, six service cards, a heating advice section and a simple three step guide to booking a visit follow, before a Proudly Serving Hampshire section and a bold orange call to action. On mobile, a sticky bar keeps the phone number and booking button in reach all the way down the page.
