Overview.

A clean, professional website that shows how PDP helps organisations change their culture, and makes it easy for decision-makers to get in touch.

Professional Development People (PDP) partners with organisations to develop new, effective and realistic workplace cultures. Led by Richard Jones, the team designs and delivers training, coaching and learning events that make behavioural change stick, with a track record that includes Border Force, the Home Office, G4S, Gartner, BASF, MTR Crossrail and the London Paralympic Games. Its four-step approach of partnering, training, coaching and delivering starts with listening and ends with tangible change.

  • WordPress CMS: Lets Richard and the team publish blog posts, add new client case studies and update testimonials whenever they need to.
  • Virtual Training Showcase: A dedicated section with video shows PDP’s interactive online classroom in action, so clients can see exactly how remote learning sessions work.

  • Clean, Confident Design: Light Raleway typography, crisp white space and PDP’s signature green accents give the site a calm, professional feel that works beautifully on phones, tablets and desktops.

  • Proof at Every Scroll: Rotating client testimonials and a case study library featuring Border Force, G4S, Gartner, BASF and more build trust before visitors reach the contact form.

  • Simple Ways to Get in Touch: Email links in the header and hero, a “Meet Richard” video introduction and a clear contact form make it easy for HR and learning leaders to start a conversation.

The Challenge.

Showing the Value of Culture Change Online.

Culture and behavioural change can be hard to explain on a website. PDP’s work is personal, built on conversations and live learning events, so the site needed to capture the energy of Richard’s training, explain a clear process to busy decision-makers and show that the approach works for some of the UK’s best-known organisations. It also had to present PDP’s move into virtual training, proving that online sessions can be just as interactive as being in the room.

  • Explaining an Intangible Service: Partnering, training, coaching and delivering had to read as a simple, easy-to-follow journey rather than abstract consultancy language.

  • Bringing Training to Life Online: The site needed to show that PDP’s virtual sessions, run on collaborative tools like Mural, are genuinely interactive and engaging.

  • Putting a Face to the Business: People buy from people, so Richard needed a way to introduce himself and PDP’s approach in his own words.

  • Building Credibility: Feedback from course attendees and case studies from public and private sector clients had to sit front and centre to reassure new enquiries.
