Overview.
A bolder front door for an award-winning loss assessor.
Sabre Assessing are independent loss assessors who act only for policyholders, never insurers. From their office in Glenrothes and assessors in seven regions, they handle fire, flood, storm, escape of water, subsidence and burglary claims for homeowners, landlords and businesses, and were named Claims Management Service of the Year at the South England Prestige Awards 2026/27.
Delivered Social already looked after Sabre’s SEO, so we knew how people find them: in a hurry, usually on a phone, sometimes standing in a flooded kitchen. We rebuilt the website around that moment, with a bold dark and gold design, a call back form on every page, and new regional and winter claims pages built to win local searches.
The Challenge.
Reaching people on the worst day of their year.
Nobody looks for a loss assessor for fun. People arrive after a burst pipe, a fire or a storm, worried and unsure whether they even need help. The old website looked dated, hid the phone number and didn’t show that Sabre covers the whole of the UK. It also had to keep the rankings Sabre had already earned from nearly 70 advice articles.
The Results.
A website that takes the strain from the first click.
The new homepage leads with water, flood and storm damage and a simple promise to take the strain, with the call back form right beside it. Clear cards point people to the right type of claim, a three-step section explains how Sabre works, and each region has its own page. A winter claims hub with first 24 hours guides for escape of water, flooding and storm damage is ready for the busy season, and every page has its search titles and descriptions set so Sabre keeps climbing in Google.
