One clear home for commercial and domestic work.

Premlex Electrical is Trebor Evans’ team of qualified electricians based in Hamble, just off junction 8 of the M27, working across Southampton and South Hampshire. They take on everything from fuse boards, rewires and EV chargers for homeowners to EICRs, emergency lighting and testing for landlords and businesses, plus solar panel installs. We rebuilt their website so both sides of the business are easy to find, with the team, the accreditations and real Premlex jobs front and centre.

WordPress CMS: The Premlex team can update services, past work and their blog guides themselves.
Commercial and Domestic Routes: Two dropdown menus split the services, so landlords, businesses and homeowners land on the right page first time.
Bold, Trusted Design: Premlex Blue, Bright Blue and Sky Blue, set in Merriweather Sans and Open Sans, with real photos from Premlex jobs throughout.
Easy to Get in Touch: Phone, email and WhatsApp sit in the header of every page, with a short enquiry form on Get In Touch.
Call Out Prices & Details: A dedicated page sets out call out charges and hours, so customers know where they stand before they ring.

The Challenge.

Two sides of the business, one website.

Premlex works in homes one day and offices, shops and industrial units the next, alongside solar panel and EV charger installs. The old website didn’t make that split clear, and it was hard to see who the team were or the standard of work they deliver. The new site needed to point every visitor to the right service quickly and give them the confidence to pick up the phone.

Meeting the Team: Customers like to know who will turn up, so Trebor and the team each needed their own introduction.
Showing the Accreditations: NICEIC, ECS, Checkatrade and Registered Competent Person badges had to be seen straight away.
Room for New Services: Solar panels, EV chargers and commercial testing all needed space alongside the everyday electrical work.
Building Trust: Genuine Google reviews and photos from past jobs had to sit close to the top of the page.

The Results.

Clear, friendly and easy to call.

The new homepage opens on Premlex’s commercial and domestic promise, with a button for each side of the business and the accreditation badges right underneath. Google reviews follow straight after, then a solar panel feature, clear commercial and domestic service lists and the latest guides on EICRs, commercial testing and home EV chargers. Every page finishes with onsite and office hours and a link to call out prices, and even the 404 page keeps things light by telling visitors they’ve tripped the circuit.
