RCJ Automotive LTD is a trusted, family-run automotive repair centre based in Gosport, offering a comprehensive range of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for cars and light commercial vehicles. Their primary challenge was leveraging their significant trust factors, namely, their coveted AA Approved Repairer status and Service of Excellence award, within their digital platform. They needed a clean, professional website that efficiently communicated their extensive service list (including specialist offerings like EV servicing), showcased their commitment to high standards, and, most importantly, streamlined the customer journey for fast, simple job bookings.
We initiated the project with a discovery meeting focused entirely on RCJ’s competitive advantages: their family ethos, the breadth of their technical skills, and their high trust accreditation. We mapped the user journey to follow a ‘Trust First’ philosophy, ensuring immediate confidence upon arrival. The strategy centred on clarity, making it simple for a local customer to find the exact service they need, understand the company’s credibility, and book their appointment in minimal steps.
We executed a professional, mobile-responsive website design that immediately features the AA Approved branding and trust credentials. We built out a comprehensive ‘Services’ section, detailing everything from MOTs and diagnostics to Clutch Replacement and EV Servicing, ensuring high visibility for all technical capabilities. The central conversion goal was met by implementing a highly visible, simple ‘Book a Job’ interface, dramatically improving the efficiency of converting site visitors into customers.
