Our work with Feelgood Communities CIC
Feelgood Communities CIC is a social enterprise based in Manchester dedicated to improving health and happiness through laughter, creativity, and wellbeing programmes for businesses, organisations, and the wider community. Their primary challenge was translating their unique and abstract offerings, such as Laughter Yoga and creative workshops, into a credible, professional, and accessible digital format. They needed a website that clearly communicated their mission, showcased their significant impact metrics, attracted corporate bookings, and encouraged community participation and funding to grow their reach.
We started with a strategic discovery session, capturing the passion and dynamism of the Feelgood Communities team. We focused on quantifying their impact, noting that their data showed participants felt 71% better after a session. We mapped the user journey to build trust immediately, positioning their services as science-backed and highly effective. The strategy was to create an energetic, positive website that leveraged social proof (testimonials from founders and journalists) to validate their unique approach.
We executed a vibrant, highly engaging website design that immediately communicates energy and positivity. We built a prominent “Our Impact” section on the homepage, using clear metrics and powerful testimonials to establish credibility. Dedicated service pages were created to detail their diverse offerings, ensuring corporate clients could easily book bespoke workshops while community members found free events. We also integrated their online shop and newsletter sign-up, transforming the website into a robust platform for engagement, booking, and community expansion.
Jonathan Bird, Chief Executive Officer at Delivered Social, said:
“Feelgood Communities CIC has a brilliant, infectious mission. Our job was to build a website that captures that energy while maintaining the professionalism required to attract grants and corporate partners. The result is a platform that clearly communicates their measurable impact on mental and physical wellbeing, making it impossible not to smile.”
