Overview.
A new site showcasing Global awards recognising measured excellence in Customer, Employee and Patient Experience.
The Experience Excellence Awards (EEI Awards) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The International Customer Experience Institute (ICXI) — the independent global body that defines and certifies experience standards for organisations worldwide.
Their parent institute has spent more than a 20 years shaping how customer and employee experience is measured, benchmarked and improved. The EEI Awards were created as the natural extension of that work: a platform to celebrate the organisations, teams and leaders who are genuinely setting the global benchmark — not the ones with the biggest entry budget or the glossiest submission.
The Challenge.
As a brand new set of Global Awards the precedence of being affiliated closely with ICXI and BSI was key to their success.
With any new brand it’s key that the message of the company is front and centre of their online prescence. Being an award system that doesn’t rely on the traditional written submissions, panel judging and marketing narratives. The Experience Excellence Awards are different with recognition being based on structured benchmarking performance through the Experience Excellence Index.
This concept of the Experience Excellence was key to the heart of ensuring the best customer, patient and employee experiences were being rewarded.
The Results.
A new website showcasing the EEI branding and the various awards categories and opportunities.
The site came together with a simple structure following mostly a one page format. There were a couple of other sections produced including the aforementioned application form.
The site is mobile responsive and designed to work across any number of devices. With an annual awards ceremony soon to be announced EEI are continuing to go from strength to strength.
