Overview.
A founder-led B Corp on a mission to save bread by turning it into beer.
Morgan and Elaine, after leaving corporate life, wanted something fulfilling to work on that would have a positive impact on the world. Crumbs was created and started turning bread that would have been wasted into delicious beer. Not afraid of a good pun, Crumbs had its language and audience hooked with great one-liners like ‘Use your loaf – drink responsibly.’
Their mission was simple, grow their brand and increase market awareness whilst selling some beers along the way.
The Challenge.
Making socials work for an emerging brand.
Crumbs had dabbled in social media marketing in the past. The odd boosted post here, the occasional story there – but I had never worked with an agency for a prolonged period of time with a strategic plan. Delivered Social worked with Crumbs to come up with content ideas, plans, competitions and seasonal campaigns to get a full year of marketing support – learning what worked and fine-tuning it along the way.
The Results.
Engagement, follower growth and more opportunities than we planned for.
Crumbs went from strength to strength, working closely with a key account manager to grow their audience and engage them through competitions, key awareness campaigns and fantastic brand positioning. From increased followers to opening Crumbs up to new networks – everything was a plus.
Make no mistake about this: this was a partnership, and thanks to Morgan and Elaine for letting Delivered Social do things that felt outside their comfort zone. Taking that step into video content creation really helped boost engagement and views.
