Our work with Eco Titchfield
Eco Titchfield is a volunteer-led community organisation focused on empowering residents in Titchfield and the surrounding area to adopt sustainable, planet-friendly lifestyles through “Small Steps, Big Changes.” Their primary challenge was transforming a broad, multi-faceted environmental mission into a clear, cohesive, and actionable digital platform. They needed a website that could effectively communicate their five core Pillars (e.g., Energy Efficient Homes, Space for Nature), promote community events like EcoMovie screenings, recruit volunteers, and solicit donations to fund local projects like thermal imaging surveys.
We started with a strategic discovery session, mapping Eco Titchfield’s diverse initiatives, from tackling waste reduction to promoting food security via the “Circle of the Seed.” We focused on creating a user journey that was both educational and actionable. The strategy centred on simplifying complex climate concepts into manageable local projects, using clear language and visual cues to encourage practical participation in the Titchfield Greening Campaign.
We executed a clean, modern, and information-rich website design that immediately highlights their key Pillars, each with its own dedicated page detailing local actions and resources. We integrated a dynamic Events calendar and Blog section to keep the community updated and engaged with screenings and project results (like Thermal Imaging surveys). Crucially, a highly visible “Donate Today” call-to-action was placed on the homepage, transforming the site into an effective tool for both community education and sustainable fundraising.
Jonathan Bird, Chief Executive Officer at Delivered Social said:
“Eco Titchfield is achieving remarkable things by empowering their local community to take meaningful environmental action. We built them a digital platform that makes sustainable living accessible and achievable, effectively translating their important mission into clear steps that residents can take today to make a big difference.”
