Our work with PMP Laser Technology
PMP Laser Technology is a highly specialised engineering firm based in Hampshire, offering high-precision laser marking, laser welding, and precision polishing services. Established in 1999, their primary challenge was translating their decades of technical expertise and state-of-the-art technology into a clean, modern B2B website. The platform needed to instil confidence in high-value industrial clients (e.g., in mould tool, aerospace, and medical sectors) by showcasing their commitment to unrivalled expertise, advanced technology, and rapid turnaround times for complex, precision-demanding projects.
We began with a strategic discovery session, focusing on PMP’s reputation for impeccable results and its use of advanced fibre laser systems. We mapped the user journey to prioritise showcasing technical capability and trust factors immediately. The strategy was to use crisp, clean design and professional photography of their finished work to visually communicate the level of precision and quality that underpins their service.
We executed a minimalist, performance-driven website design that puts their technical services and finished projects front and centre. We created dedicated, descriptive pages for each core service (Laser Engraving, Laser Welding, Precision Polishing), ensuring relevant technical details and process benefits were clearly articulated for engineering clients. Crucially, we featured their three key value propositions: Unrivalled Expertise, Advanced Technology, and Rapid Turnaround, prominently, positioning PMP Laser Technology as the trusted, efficient partner for high-precision component work.
Jonathan Bird, Chief Executive Officer at Delivered Social, said:
“PMP Laser Technology is a specialist leader in their field, and the website had to reflect that. By focusing on technical details, quality visuals, and their commitment to rapid, precise results, we built a B2B platform that actively converts complex manufacturing and engineering inquiries into high-value projects.”
