Overview.
A branch website built around every animal's next chapter.
RSPCA Cambridgeshire Mid-East is an independent branch charity working alongside the RSPCA's inspectors, raising and spending its money locally to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals. We designed a warm, easy to use WordPress website that puts adoption first, with friendly illustrated animals guiding visitors to the help they need, whether they want to adopt, are struggling with a pet, or want to support the branch.
The Challenge.
Many different visitors, one simple journey.
People arrive at an RSPCA branch website for very different reasons. Some want to adopt, some have lost a pet, some need help with vet bills or pet food, and some need to report cruelty to the national RSPCA. The branch needed a website that handled all of these calmly and clearly, while still giving fundraising, volunteering and its charity shops the space they deserve.
The Results.
A branch website people trust and come back to.
Adopt a pet, I need help and donate now sit right at the top of the page, with Report a Concern always one click away. Happy adoption stories from Spike, Rex and Meg show what a second chance looks like, while education resources, events and pet food bank information show how much more the branch does. The result is a welcoming, practical website that helps more animals find their forever homes.
