Overview.

A bold, colourful website for a Horsham equipment hire company that makes it easy to find, price and book generators, fridge trailers, heaters and lighting for any outdoor event.

Grizzly Bear Events is based near Horsham in West Sussex and hires outdoor event equipment across the South East, from super-silent generators and refrigerated trailers to modular cold rooms, an Airstream-style trailer, heaters, lighting, fire pits and staging. Its customers range from couples planning a garden wedding to caterers, festivals and businesses facing a fridge breakdown. We designed and built a website that sets out the whole range clearly, explains what is included in each price and turns visitors into quotation requests.

WordPress CMS: The team updates equipment, prices and news posts themselves, with no developer needed.
Colour-Coded Equipment Range: Bright tiles for Power, Airstream, Heaters, Refrigeration, Lighting, Stage and Fires take visitors straight to the right hire page.
Grizzly Branding: Honey Amber, Campfire Orange and Grizzly Brown, with the geometric bear running through the design, give the business a warm, outdoorsy feel.
Clear, All-Inclusive Pricing: Hire pages explain exactly what is included, such as fuel, cabling, shelving and free delivery within 25 miles of Horsham.
Simple Routes to a Quote: Rental, Events, Services, Prices and a Free Quotation button sit in the header on every page.

The Challenge.

Making Event Equipment Hire Simple.

Hiring a generator or a fridge trailer can feel technical, and most customers only do it once or twice. Grizzly Bear Events serves very different people, from wedding couples and party planners to caterers, butchers and businesses dealing with an emergency. The website needed to explain a wide range of equipment in plain terms, show where the team delivers, build trust with real reviews and make it quick to ask for a quote, whether the event is months away or the fridge has failed today.

A Wide Range: Generators, chillers, cold rooms, heaters, lighting, fire pits and staging each needed their own clear page.
Different Customers: Weddings, birthdays, festivals, caterers and emergency hire each needed their own route into the site.
Showing Coverage: Delivery across West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey, plus Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire and London, had to be easy to see.
Building Trust: Google reviews, an Instagram feed and real photos of the kit on site needed to sit on the homepage.

The new website gives Grizzly Bear Events a confident, easy-to-use home online. Visitors see what can be hired and where it can be delivered within seconds, then move through colour-coded equipment pages with clear, all-inclusive prices. Wedding couples, caterers and festival organisers each have their own route in, a live Instagram feed and more than 200 five-star Google reviews build trust, and the Free Quotation button is never more than a click away. The team keeps equipment and prices up to date themselves through WordPress.
