Overview.

A bright, friendly website for a co-sharing specialist that shows young professionals what life in a Live Collective home is really like.

Live Collective is a family-run property management company in Bracknell and Wokingham, set up by Paul and Rachael after years of renting shared homes themselves during their London careers. It provides highly serviced, contemporary shared houses for young professionals, with weekly cleaning, gardening, quick maintenance and monthly deliveries of household essentials. We designed and built a WordPress website that captures that hassle-free promise and makes it easy to browse rooms, understand the fees and get in touch.

WordPress CMS: The team updates rooms, properties and support guides themselves, with no developer needed.
Property and Room Pages: Each house has its own page, with an Our Rooms section showing what is available to rent.
Light, Friendly Design: Collective Sky blue, soft greys and rounded Nunito type give the site the calm, welcoming feel of a well-run home.
Tenant Support Hub: Our Support gives existing housemates a maintenance form, emergency guides and recycling information in one place.
Clear Navigation: About Us, Our Properties, Our Rooms, Our Processes, Our Fees and Our Support sit in one simple menu.

The Challenge.

Changing How People Feel About House Sharing.

Shared housing has a reputation for problems, from messy kitchens to slow repairs. Live Collective wanted to show young professionals that its homes are different, with carefully matched housemates and services that take the friction out of sharing. The website needed to sell that experience, answer questions about processes and fees before they were asked, support existing tenants, and show that the business is a member of the right professional schemes.

Matching Housemates: The site needed to explain how Live Collective matches like-minded sharers so every house works well.
Clear Fees and Process: Prospective tenants needed to see exactly how renting works and what it costs.
Supporting Tenants: Housemates needed a simple way to report repairs and find help in an emergency.
Building Trust: Membership of the Property Redress Scheme, NRLA, DPS and ICO needed to be clearly shown.

The new website gives Live Collective a warm, professional home online. Visitors see bright photos of the houses, read how the team removes the headaches of shared living and can browse available rooms in a few clicks. Clear pages on processes and fees answer common questions, real testimonials from housemates build confidence, and existing tenants have their own support hub. Paul and Rachael keep rooms and properties up to date themselves through WordPress.
