How To Embed A Video On Your Avada WordPress Site

In this quick, helpful video, Delivered Social Head Honcho Jon shows you how you can embed a video onto your website in some easy to follow steps. Prefer to read about it? We also cover the steps in this blog post.

1. On the posts section of your site, press ‘Add New’ to create a new post
2. Get up the video on YouTube that you want to embed
3. Click the share button located just below the video
4. Then, click the ‘Embed’ tab. Copy the code that pops up when you do this
5. On your post or page where you want to embed the video, click the ‘Text’ tab at the top of where you edit the page
6. Paste the code that you just copied. On the ‘Format’ sidebar to the right of the text box, click the option for video
7. At the bottom, under ‘Fusion Page Options,’ paste the code. Need this explained better? Simply watch the video where Jon shows you exactly where to put it.
8. Next, categorise your post and add the title!
9. Then, press publish. People will now be able to view the video from your main blog page, and on the post itself
10. That’s it! You’re done!

This is a great way to add some extra content to your WordPress website, as long as you’ve got the video content to use. You could even write some extra text about the video and make it into a fully-fledged video- this is great for SEO purposes.
